WRT Mobile Picking Stations enable material to be safely and easily removed by manual labour. WRT has two sizes available for hire the 2 bay & 3 bay units, which are designed to be easily transported on the highway and quickly set up and operational when they reach their destination. A large feed hopper that can be fed directly, or via primary screening plant. Low impact bars are fitted under the conveyor belt in the hopper to protect 1200 mm wide conveyor belt. The material is then transported up the high-sided inclined section onto horizontal picking section. Machine is powered by a diesel drive powerpack with variable speed control for the speed of the picking belt. Overband magnet can also be supplied to remove ferrous metals. Applications Included:

How long have you been going?
After 30+ years in the industry I have gained extensive knowledge about methods for recycling waste. I began my career in engineering in the mid-1970s and then moved into equipment sales for mining and quarrying. In the ‘90s I focused on demolition reclamation and from 2000, got involved in the build of waste management equipment. I then set up WRT Waste Recycling Technologies in 2006. I have therefore, always been embedded within the reclaim, recycle and re-use sector.
